SHIPPING POLICY

Please read!

To make purchases more accessible to international customers, I've added new economy shipping options, both tracked and untracked.

If you select a tracked shipping, we'll be able to check your parcel or to ask info to carriers about it. 

We'll not be able to help track any untracked parcel, nor to refund and/or replace it if it goes missing.

It is a very rare case, but you should be aware that could happen.

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. 

My aim is to ship all orders as soon as possible, but because this is a one person business, this may not be always possible.

Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for pre-orders to be dyed and shipped.

ITALY 

€0-99 EUR order value: Standard shipping / Pickup at Poste/InPost Locker - €4.00 EUR

€100.00+ EUR order value: Standard shipping / Pickup at Poste/Inpost Locker - free

If you choose pickup I'll get in touch with you to select your favourite pickup point.

 

EUROPE ( both EU and outside EU)

Standard Untracked - €8.00 EUR

Standard Tracked/Express (depends on countries) - €15.00 EUR

AFRICA - ASIA - AMERICA

Standard untracked - €12.50 EUR

Standard tracked - €20.00 EUR

Express (USA only) €30.00 EUR

OCEANIA

Standard untracked - €16.50 EUR

Standard tracked - €30.00 EUR

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES from shipping date:

ITALY: 2-5 days

EUROPE: 5-15 days

REST OF THE WORLD: 7-25 days

 

Please note that shipping can sometimes take longer, especially when shipped internationally and outside EU.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties due in their countries. 

Lost parcels are quite rare but could happen, and I'm not responsible for any lost parcel. If that unfortunate case should happen, please get in touch with me, so we can figure out together if something could be done.
