SHIPPING POLICY
Please know: to make purchases more accessible to international customers, I've added new economy shipping options, both tracked and untracked.
If you select a tracked shipping, we'll be able to check your parcel or to ask info to carriers about it. We'll not be able to help track any untracked parcel, nor to refund and/or replace it if it goes missing. It is a very rare case, but you should be aware that could happen.

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days.
My aim is to ship all orders as soon as possible and within 2 working days, but because this is one person based business, this may not be always possible.
Please allow 2 weeks for pre-orders to be dyed and shipped.

€0-99.99 EUR order value: Express shipping - €8.00 EUR / Pickup at InPost Locker - €4.00 EUR
€100.00+ EUR order value: Express shipping / pickup Inpost Locker - free
EUROPE/AFRICA/MIDDLE EAST
For countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:
Express flat tracked (up to 15-16 skeins) - €15.00 EUR
AMERICA
ITALY: express 2-5 days
EUROPE: express 2-5 days, economy 5-15 days
REST OF THE WORLD: airmail 5-15 days, economy 7-25 days
Please note that shipping can sometimes take longer, especially when shipped internationally and outside EU.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties due in their countries.
Lost parcels are quite rare but could happen, and I'm not responsible for any lost parcel. If that unfortunate case should happen, please get in touch with me, so we can figure out together if something could be done.
