Pigment Studies – Limited Edition 5 Mini-Skein Set

This set is more than just a colorway; it is the visual diary of my research. The name Pigment Studies comes from the color trials developed during the creative journey of the Painter’s Palette.

These skeins were created to capture specific chromatic emotions. Although they weren't part of the final selection for the calendar, they possess an unrepeatable and vibrant beauty. They are "artist’s studies" in the truest sense: unique pieces that tell the story of how a color is born, perfect for those seeking an exclusive and unconventional palette.

Technical Details:

• Quantity: 5 mini-skeins of 20g each (100g total).

• Base: Sock Base (75% Merino / 25% Nylon).

• Meterage: approx. 425m per 100g (85m per mini).

• Suggested Needles: 2.25mm - 3.25mm.

• Gauge: approx. 28-32 sts = 10cm.

Durable, crisp, and defined, this base is ideal for artistic socks, small accessories, or adding a unique pop of color to your projects.

Note on Hand-Dyeing

Each skein is individually hand-dyed. As these are color trials, this set is truly unique and cannot be replicated. Slight variations in tone are part of its charm.

A note from the Studio: The Lounge Inspiration

While these pigments are more experimental, they share the same soul as the Lounge Collection. I imagine them used as a vibrant "interruption" in a neutral project, or as a bold statement piece to pair with the upcoming Lounge patterns for a look that is both cozy and contemporary.
