The Painter's Palette: The Weekly Wonder
It's here! My 2025 "The Painter's Palette" Advent Calendar is now available.
Prepare for an exclusive experience, shipped directly from the heart of Italy, where colour tells the story of humanity.
Are you looking for bigger skeins? This edition is perfect for you! Prepare for an exclusive experience, shipped directly from the heart of Italy, offering weekly surprises instead of daily ones, ideal for colorwork or larger projects that require more yarn.
I have selected 12 balanced shades from my "The Painter's Palette" collection, inspired by historical earth and mineral pigments. These 12 hues have been divided into 4 curated sets (one for each Advent Sunday) where the colours are perfectly coordinated, creating 4 ready-to-use mini-palettes.
Important Note: If you prefer mini skeins and daily surprises, don't miss our exclusive "The Daily Delight" edition.

Contents and Yarn Options
The Weekly Wonder Experience
Surprises: You will receive 4 numbered and sealed packages, one to open on each Sunday of Advent (December 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd).
Contents per Set: Each set contains 3 skeins designed to be used together, for a total of 12 skeins and 12 unique colourways.
Chromatic Harmony: The selection of 12 colours is curated to offer the same richness, harmony, and historical inspiration as the daily calendar.

Select your preferred format and yarn base. Both options feature 12 balanced colourways from the Painter's Palette collection (the 12-colour palette is the same, only the skein size changes) and are perfect for durable projects:

A Note on Project Details
Choose Your Use:
-
Option A (Balanced): Ideal for socks with contrasting heels/toes or small accessories where you need one main colour and two highlights.
-
Option B (Colorwork): Perfect for colorwork projects, shawls, or evenly mixing main colours across a pattern.
Yardage Note: The "Approx. Yardage" columns reflect the combined metric for a single weekly set (3 skeins) to help you plan your weekly project. The entire calendar contains four such sets (12 skeins total).
Why only Merino Sock bases? We chose the Merino Sock and DK Merino Sock blends exclusively for this edition to ensure maximum durability and versatility for your larger projects. The addition of Nylon makes these bases perfect for socks, garments, and accessories that need to last.
Complete Your Palette! Our exclusive Add-On GIALLOLINO (The Canvas Colour) was created to harmonize the entire collection. Add the 100g skeins for your garment projects!
