Malva - Tweedy
Malva - Tweedy
If you're like me and like to match your mood and your wardrobe to the season, Tweedy is for you! Tweedy yarns in subtle muted colors is what Winter looks like to me.
Sweaters, cardigans, shawls, and even socks will look beautiful on Tweedy!
The muted colors will pairs nicely with each other creating the subtlest colorwork, stripes, marls, color blocks. Just let your creativity flow!
Tweedy is spun with added tiny teeny small colored viscose fibres. Since Viscose doesn't take the dye, it result in kind of a naturally speckled yarn, with a somewhat rustic feeling. A classic Tweed yarn will add interest and spice up a bit your handmade knitted wardrobe.
The wool at 27 micron can be soft enough to wear on the skin, altough if you're super sensitive a Merino Superwash is always the best choice.
