The Gradients are sets of 5 skeins forming an ombre fade.

Gradients are among the first colors I dyed a few years back, and they have a special place in my heart. I wanted to see how the colors looked in different color concentrations, and well, they looked gorgeous, and quickly they became the foundation of my hand dyed yarns.

Gradients never pass, they are like that favourite neutral to which you'll come back over the years, that you can pair to anything, and with any color, and that you can’t stop loving.

Superwash bases:

Libellula - Fingering - 100% Merino Superwash - 366m/400yds per 100 gr

Sock - Fingering - 75% Merino Superwash + 25% nylon - 425m/464yds per 100 gr

Non Superwash bases

Soft Merino - Fingering - 100%  Merino wool - 400m/437yds per 100gr

Highland - Fingering - 100% Peruvian Highland wool  - 420m/460yds per 100gr

Highland DK - DK - 100% Peruvian Highland wool  - 225m/246yds per 100gr

Each of the 5 skeins weighs 20 grams for a total of 100 gr per each set.

Recommended needle size - gauge (fingering)

2.25 to 3.25 mm (U.S. 1 to 3) needles - around 27–32 sts in Stockinette stitch to 10 cm - 4"

3.25 to 3.75 mm (U.S. 3 to 5) needles - around 23–26 sts in Stockinette stitch to 10 cm - 4"

Recommended needle size - gauge (DK)

4 to 5 mm (U.S. 6 to 8) needles - around 18–22 sts in Stockinette stitch to 10 cm - 4"
