Kintra Sweater Kit by Rebecca Clow - FULL Color Wheel - dyed-to-order
Couldn't load pickup availability
At the end of February, when this new beautiful pattern was released, a lovely knitter named Erin contacted me to ask if I could dye some larger skeins of the center color of The Color Wheel to use them all together to knit a Kintra Sweater! What a great idea, I thought, and I was as excited as her at the idea of such a colorful, glorious sweater!
I'm offering different kits (see photos), you could choose between:
- 24 x 10gr mini skeins in the Full Color Wheel
- 12 x 20gr mini skeins in Half Color Wheel, choose between Warm or Cool tones
The kit will include all the yarn needed to complete the sweater but doesn't include the pattern which you need to but separately from Ravelry.
The kit is dyed-to-order. Since many different colourways are included in this set, please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for the yarn to be dyed and shipped.
YARN INFO DOWN BELOW
Colors are hand dyed with professional acid dyes. Each hand dyed batch is quite unique, so please buy enough yarn to complete your project.
I try hard to represent each colorway as I see it IRL, but please keep in mind that colors may vary from monitor to monitor, also light affect what you see.
PATTERN INFO (from Ravelry pattern page)
Kintra is a top-down, round-yoke sweater worked in 1x1 colourwork. The yoke is finished with raglan increases to improve fit and short rows. All sizes can use between 2 and 25 colours for this pattern, making it perfect for advents or scraps!
The 1x1 makes this a great beginner colourwork sweater as there are no long floats and rows only ever use 2 colours at a time.
This pattern is available in both DK and fingering weight gauge!
